Why are gluten-free chocolates preferred?
Chocolates are one of the most popular confectioneries consumed around the world. In Australia children, adults, and the elderly all consume chocolates on various occasions or whenever they feel like it. Chocolates have been made traditionally from cocoa powder and cocoa butter apart from different natural ingredients that make the chocolates healthy and palatable. Chocolates have a dark brown color which is called the color of the chocolates and like the taste of chocolates, chocolate color is also unique.
Traditionally palm oil and
gluten were used to make chocolates however with the changing regulations of
the Australian government both palm oil and gluten use has been discontinued in
making chocolates. Handmade gluten-free chocolates are consumed in
modern Australia as people across cities and villages consume these chocolates
